Having had the luxury to work for such a great business as M&S that it’s foundings were built on quality, value and service this has served me well over the years not only for them, other business that I have worked for and now my own business. Having worked for MARKS & SPENCER 17 years, this instilled in us what quality control and date rotation is all about.

Our mission is to date rotate all of our products to ensure that Quality Control is in place 100% of the time. We pride ourselves on our scrutiny on date rotation. We feel so strongly about this that we are more than willing to say, that if you recieved non-clearance product past it's date - it’s FREE*. Recieve a product past it’s display until date, your money will be refunded. Exception those items purchased from the clearance section and are sold as is.

We truly believe in rewarding those customers that wish to purchase products in larger quantities. All products on our site are availible to be purchased by the full case. All you need to do is contact us for carton quantities and procedure to save!

POSTAGE & SHIPPING

Save money, reduce your carbon foot print and order thru us. Shipping from the United Kingdom can be very costly plus as this product has already been imported once, why have it shipped again. That is where SIMPLY BRITISH FOODS is different, as our food is imported by the container, thus helps to reduce shipping charges to you anywhere in CANADA ONLY. Currently insurance restrictions do not allow shipping outside of Canada

We supply you with the products your looking for at the best price possible and send them to your door, completely hassle free. Whatever the product, if it's available in the UK, we will try to get it whenever possible and get it to where ever in Canada you may live. As these products are not carried by us they are classified as 'Special Order'. All special order's must be fully paid for in advance before ordering will occur. With all special orders timing can be a few weeks to a few months, as these will be added to the next shipping container sent. Full carton purchases will be required on a product that we have tried in the past unsuccessfully to sell.

SIMPLY BRITISH FOODS uses Canada Post as our main Expedited Parcel post provider as they provide customers with a secure, efficient and completely trackable service. You will recieve from Canada Post a email with a header reading Ship Notification for Item which provides you with your tracking and order numbers.Insurance and/or a Signature required can be offered if requested. These will be quoted to you before shipping, for you're approval or not.

SIMPLY BRITISH FOODS actually can save you 5% off your shipping charges as a preferred Canada Post small business partner. All your packing and handling is provided FREE of charge.

Once SIMPLY BRITISH FOODS has recieved your order & confirmed your payment, your goods are dispatched up to 5 business days after order is recieved along with authorized payment. They will arrive between 2 - 9 days depending on where you live in major centres. Far North YK, NWT & NV must allow up to 5 additional days.
