REFUND POLICY

If requesting a return or exchange, please include your name, address and telephone number. 

 NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON OPENED PRODUCTS

PLEASE READ OUR ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY, BEFORE YOU ACCEPT OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You may return unopened product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, based on how it was purchased. Please note that shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where the merchandise was defective, the merchandise was damaged during shipping, or if SIMPLY BRITISH FOODS made an error when filling your order. In all other cases, no refund of shipping charges will be made, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping or postage required to return the product to SIMPLY BRITISH FOODS.

ORDERING & SHIPPING POLICY

Once we have confirmed your order via email or voicemail then and only then will we proceed with filling this order. We will endeavour to fill the order as requested. However from time to time we may have to substitute with another product of equal value to fill any order or fill order with-out unavailable product. Sell outs, product unavailibility, shipping interruptions or packaging issues may prevent availibility. We can not and will not guarantee that every item listed on this website will be available 100% of the time. If in the event of a declined debit or credit card the order will not be filled. Orders will only be filled after authorized payment is received by us. 

All orders over 15K (33lbs) will be shipped in seperate boxes and will be subject to shipping charges for all boxes that are required to fill any order. All products will be shipped in industry standard boxes with ECT (edge crush test) of 23 or 29 lbs. All will be packed correctly by SIMPLY BRITISH FOODS, however we can't assume responsibility once it has left our possession.  

We accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard (currently only available to Home & Business Deliveries in Durham & GTA)  PayPal and Cash as forms or payment. Country wide Debit, Visa & MasterCard will be available by June. Complete mailing addresses must be provided for invoice purposes and shipping purposes. Any errors will delay shipping until the information provided is corrected. Charges for your purchases will charged to your credit card before mailing or delivery.

 

                                        

 

All orders are shipped using Canada Post and Canada Post Expedited Parcel rates are quoted (excluding GST) as a preferred small business partner. Far North NWT, YK or NUN there could be a additional surcharge up to $5.00 for all shipments. All shipments will be sent out up to 5 business days of reciept of order and auth. payment - Monday - Friday only. We cannot accept lost or stolen packages after they became the possession of Canada Post.  Note: Signature Required or Insurance are extra and must be requested by the customer in advance of order being processed and shipped.These additional costs will be added to your total.

The months of June, July & August along with January, February & March it is highly advised that you purchase 1 of our re-usable thermal bags for $4.99 to substantially reduce melting of any products containing chocolate or help prevent freezing, especially liquids. If you choose to go with expedited parcel post and not purchase 1 of the re-usable thermal bags we cannot accept refunds on the products with chocolate that have melted or froze during shipping via expedited parcel post by Canada Post.

Regular Expedited Parcel Post 2 - 9 days. Delivery standards are in business days for items sent between major centres. NWT, YK or NUN add min. of 5 additional days 

Before any car deliveries are made we will call the customer to make sure someone will be home to receive. Where no one will be home and as directed by (you the customer) to leave them unattended is not the responsibility of SIMPLY BRITISH FOODS should they go missing after the delivery has been made.
